Every week, Michael O’Brodo makes fresh sausage—sweet and hot Italian, country-style, and garlic Hungarian-style—and sells pork loins, cut to your specification, one of the most popular pork products at Sherman’s. T-bones, New York strips, sirloin, and especially ground beef are common purchases from customers. When you visit Sherman Provision, you get to see the meat in the case, pick out what you want to take home, and have it cut just the way you want it.
