If you don’t like sauerkraut in the summer, skip this blog–better yet, mark this blog for the fall.  I happen to believe you can eat sauerkraut anytime of the year.  The Butcher has been smoked pork chops the last several weeks.  I knew I had to try them with sauerkraut.  Here is my recipe.
