I found out that Sanibel Island and Coconut Shrimp go hand in hand. You can’t have one without the other. The Butcher and I just got back from Sanibel Island. I don’t know what comes to your mind when you hear the phrase, “coconut shrimp”. I think of Mexico and our quest to find the best coconut shrimp! Believe me we try.
