For my son’s birthday he decided he wanted cheesecake. My first thought was that I wanted to be able to eat the cheesecake. I had already looked at the Walnut Creek Cream Cheese that we carry in our Meat Market. There was nothing in the ingredients that would keep me from cooking with cream cheese. Paleo Mug Cakes

When I started my Paleo diet on May 1st I expected this to be a three week experiment. Owning a meat market seemed like good motivation to see what all the excitement was about. It is fair to say that at this point I am entrenched in the Paleo lifestyle. Last night for dinner I served the Butcher stuffed peppers in puréed tomato sauce over mashed cauliflower. Yum!
