I am torn on this very rainy morning.  I am telling myself, ” April Showers bring May flowers”, but at the same time, I am thinking, “Rain, Rain go away, come again some other day.  Meal planning can be a lot like that.  You want to eat the “right” foods, but can’t we have some “fun” foods too?  You will like this recipe for “Buffalo Chicken Salad”.
