Sanibel Island and Coconut Shrimp

I found out that Sanibel Island and Coconut Shrimp go hand in hand. You can’t have one without the other. The Butcher and I just got back from Sanibel Island. Cauliflower Pizza Crust

This is a great way to use cauliflower. I have stayed away from cauliflower because it can be very expensive. I found large heads of cauliflower for $1.50 a head at a local farm market.
