Well, now that Thanksgiving is a fond memory, and Ohio State has beaten  Michigan to retain their undefeated streak, (I didn’t say it was a pretty win) I decided to write a bonus blog this week.  Many of you are wanting help on what to do with that leftover bird and fixings.  This is what the Butcher and I are having for dinner tonight.  I am just glad we aren’t eating crow.  Enjoy the rest of the week-end.
