On Saturday, there were 2 flank steaks staring at me as we were cleaning out the meat case. I asked the Butcher if he wanted me to marinade them and grill them on Sunday. He was in total agreement. I called the kids and told them easy, breezy Sunday dinner if they were available.
They all showed up, and the grilled Flank Steaks were such a hit that my daughter said, “Aren’t you going to photograph these and put them on your blog?”. I took your advice, Gina. Hope your family enjoys these as much as our family did.
